Sims 4 Flooring Glitch

I just downloaded sims 4 and ever since i first opened it the screen started flinching from the top.

When you are on cas your custom content hair looks perfect and then when you go to the live mode the hair has those weird blonde highlights. I read somewhere that the problem could be abo. 1 2 3 camera movement move left right. I m making my sim an addition to his house.
